We now each have jobs so that we can try and get everything done quicker. These are the following jobs that we each have.</span></p> <p><span></span><span>TOM- A few designs of invites, just the general layout and feel of them (for obviouse reasons cant put any details on them as of yet, just mock up some possible ideas.) </span></p> <p><span>BELLA- The press release written up and the mailing list that we have so far ( we can add to this later so doesn&#8217;t have to be final) <br/><br/>TODD- Printers that we could use, how long the turn around would be, price, ect<br/><br/>VIIVI-  Poster and mock up of catalogue.</span></p> <p><span>Me- Designing some postcards with our work on <br/><br/>KATIE- Sponsorship letters and list of sponsors and fund raising with rough budget outline</span></p> <p><span>Nienta- I will get a folder together of all the places that I have looked at emails, numbers, photos ect i&#8217;ll also write up the contract so that its ready for when we get a venue.<br/><br/>We will also being doing individual bits for our work. I will not necessarily get this size frame. As i will wait until i have my final images so that i can decide what size. </p> <p>We were told in the tutorials that getting them professional framed could increase our marks. I have been looking at framers and the prices for the frames are to expense. I have a limited budget for my frames and printing. We decided it was important to decide a few things so that we could get it done by monday. As then we can give her email address and detail too. </li> <li>Budget, the things we needed to include in it ie food drink etc.</li> <li>The schedule of works when we all hope to have photo&#8217;s done and when we want to try have things done by.</li> <li>The type of food and drinks that we want to have at the open event.
